I'm above all a Follower of Christ..I'm also a wife and mother of two amazing young adults. I'm a Certified Elite Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist. My passion is helping others achieve freedom from the heartache and stress that comes with living in a body you are unhappy with. I believe that we must address the issues internally before we can address the external. Although physical changes can come without discussing the heart issues, they will never last because the cause is still there. My style of training begins on the inside(the heart) and with proper nutrition and exercise the outside comes naturally.
I have been training for over 20 years and for 6 years I was a figure competitor. I left competing for two main reasons. The main reason was that I could no longer justify my living as honoring God and the 2nd reason was the heartache and damage of women I witnessed. My heart is committed to helping women come out of unhealthy food relationships and love the body God has given them through healthy food habits, exercise and knowing who they are in Christ.
I started All The Above Fitness because I believe that a healthy lifestyle is part of a healthy Christian life.
